1. Overview
AI Chat Importer provides tools for importing, organising, and searching exported AI conversation data. The Web App runs entirely in your browser. The Windows Desktop version runs locally on your device.
2. No Cloud Storage
AI Chat Importer does not upload or store your conversation data on external servers. All processing happens locally on your device.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AI Chat Importer only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of exported data complies with the terms of the AI platform from which it was obtained.
4. Software Licence (Desktop Version)
Purchasing the Windows Desktop version grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software. Redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
5. Payments & Refunds
Desktop purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the nature of digital software, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
AI Chat Importer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The creator shall not be liable for any data loss, damages, or interruptions arising from use of the software.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
